As we have no allegiance to any particular Insurer we can suggest the one that’s right for you. And we will explain why we are recommending one over another and the differences between them.
Our only concern is that you get the best cover possible.
As well as limiting the size of our client base we also limit the Insurance companies that we deal with. Not all companies or policies are built the same.
We have chosen only the ones that offer the best deals, cover, policy terms and premium rates.
Because why would we offer you anything but the best?
Getting your insurance cover right is really important. And if you don’t, you won’t find out until you make a claim and, if that is denied, it is too late.
We take the time to explain all the ‘ins and outs’ of the policies you are looking at and how it all fits together. We make this as clear as possible using language that everybody can understand.
No jargon or BS.
And if you don’t understand something, we want you to ask us.
Getting insurance is a serious decision and our guarantee is that we will never pressure you to do anything.
Get the facts. Get the costs. Take your time. Think it through and make an informed decision knowing that you are getting what you need.
And if, at any time, you change your mind , no problem – there will never be any obligation to proceed.
Everything we do for you is FREE. There will never be a charge from us.
We get paid a commission by the insurance company. But as we get paid the same by all of them we will recommend the one that offers you the best cover without considering which is ‘best for us’.
Because we know that if we do the best for our clients they will be with us for the long term.
And that is what we work towards – happy clients.
The finance industry (which includes Insurance companies and Brokers) is highly regulated by the NZ government.
We must have all sorts of licences and systems in place to ensure that we are authorised by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) to be able to offer advice and recommendations. This provides you with the knowledge and security that you are dealing with an organisation that is reputable, responsible and ethical.
We wouldn’t want it any other way.
Sometimes things go wrong! Nobody is perfect (except our clients, of course) and if something does go wrong we will do everything we can to sort it out.
But if we can’t, there are a whole range of options available to you to get a resolution – and every one of them is free for you to use.
But our service doesn’t end when your insurance is in place. Our commitment is to you.
We will be here when you need to make a claim, have any issues with your insurance, wish to make changes or just want some reassurance.
